This sunny vintage is an ode to our unique terroir, distinguished by its expressive, mouth-watering aromas. Pale gold in colour with silver highlights, ‘Les Mûriers’ is the very expression of Mas Bruguière's unique terroirs. Its nose is expressive and mineral, revealing notes of fresh fruit such as peach and nectarine and white flowers. On the palate, the perfect balance between volume and freshness leaves a delicious impression, combining fruity and gourmet flavours. On the finish, the lovely bitters prolong the pleasure and add fullness to this wine. Best drunk between 1 and 7 years. By striking a balance between maturity, freshness and volume, Les Mûriers can be served with dishes of character. can be served with distinctively-flavoured dishes.
For the best tasting experience, we recommend serving this young wine at around 10-11°C with savoury dishes such as spelt risotto with chanterelle mushrooms, fillet of sea bass, cabbage embeurrée, back of cod on a bed of leeks. For lovers of more mature wines, ‘Les Mûriers’ can be served at 12-13°C with more robust dishes such as pan-fried foie gras with gingerbread, double roast veal chop, fennel suée, French toast with acacia honey.
