The domaine’s philosophy is to be as close as possible to the raw material and the terroir from which it comes. This is one of the reasons why we have opted for organic farming.

In the winery, we pursue the same ethos; the grapes are transferred into tanks by gravity and extractions during vinification are gentle. Ageing is carried out in large muid or demi-muid containers (casks of 1,200 or 600 litres) and 50 hl or 30 hl wooden vats, in order to preserve the raw material.
No winemaking additives are used in the winery, the doses of SO2 are kept as low as possible, the red wines are unfiltered and the whites and rosé are only very lightly filtered.
As a result of this care and attention, the wines have a real Pic Saint Loup identity and a personality that is unique to the domaine. Our watchwords are Fruit, Freshness and Finesse.
